Family with children's holiday dream

The hospitality at this place was off the charts! When my kid's anniversary came up, the staff (shoutout to Liza) went out of their way to surprise us with a lovely setup that made the day lovely. Plus, the terrace view-just wow, it’s like a postcard!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I’d say it was worth it.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was super cute and helpful. My room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to main attractions. The food at the restaurant was great. I highly recommend it! 🍽️

Our stay was overshadowed by a few frustrating issues. The only control we had over room temperature was to crack the window open slightly, which was not enough to cool down the space. after showers, it emitted a damp, swampy smell that made it uncomfortable to use. While the staff were friendly, the overall service experience lacked the refinement we expected from a hotel.

The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. However, the temperature control in the room was inadequate, making it feel stuffy at times, and I noticed some lingering damp odors after showers. Although the hotel was well-maintained and clean, minor inconveniences slightly diminished the overall experience.

My stay at Newport Hotel Kutaisi was delightful. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

My family stayed in a Superior King Suite for one night and had an exceptional experience! The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options, including Indian restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help, and the room was equipped with two TVs and Netflix, which added to our enjoyment. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for all our needs.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Dining

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room for five nights and loved the dining experience! The ambiance was enchanting, and the menu items, especially chicken Kiev, were flavorful. I suggest asking for a quieter room if street noise bothers you. A weekly breakfast menu change would be a nice touch.

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The spacious room made it easy to relax, while the breakfast and variety of delicious fruits were a delightful start to my day. Just a heads-up, though, it was a bit noisy due to street traffic, so ask for a quieter room if that bothers you. I’d definitely choose this place again without hesitation!
